Quick answers
- Manage or cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Monk, and change or cancel it there. You keep access until the end of the current period.
- Restore a purchase. If you reinstalled or switched devices, open Monk and tap Restore Purchaseson any paywall or in your profile. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
- How earning time works. You do real acts to mint coins — 1 coin = 1 minute of unlocked time. See the how it works and FAQ sections.
- Apps won't lock / Shield issues. Monk needs Screen Time permission. Check Settings → Screen Timeis on, then re-pick your apps in Monk's Shield settings.
